Lion's Notes collects: account information (name and email via sign-in), user-generated content (tasks, checklists, habits, notes), and app preferences stored locally on your device.
We use your data solely to provide and sync your tasks and habits, enable shared checklists and live collaboration, and maintain your account. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Convex cloud infrastructure hosted in the EU (eu-west-1). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Clerk (authentication) · Convex (cloud storage) · RevenueCat (subscriptions). Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can delete your account directly from the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. Alternatively, email chaosdaddy84@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account — Lion's Notes". We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted: account, all tasks, habits, notes, settings, session history.
What may be retained: anonymized aggregate statistics only.
Lion's Notes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

By downloading or using Lion's Notes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lion's Notes lets you create to-do lists, track daily habits, collaborate in real-time (Live & Split), customize themes and icons, and use a home screen widget (Android).
You must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account — all data will be permanently removed. Notify us at chaosdaddy84@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free: up to 5 to-do lists, 5 custom habits/day, Classic theme.
Pro: unlimited lists & habits, live collaboration, all themes & icons, widget, priority features.
Pro is available monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the next billing period. Cancel anytime via Google Play or App Store. Refunds are handled by the respective store. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Do not use the App to share illegal or harmful content, gain unauthorized access to others' data, reverse-engineer the App, or create multiple accounts to circumvent free limits. Violations may result in account termination.
Lion's Notes is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
